An enticing prelude to May Erlewine’s new album, “Tiny Beautiful Things,” Erlewine offers the tender new single, “Lion Heart” on April 15, 2022.

Featuring Anthony DaCosta on rubber bridge guitar, Erlewine sings a mighty tribute to her daughter and offers a window into unconditional love. Her lyrics speak to the child within us all, creating a nurturing, inviting rhythm your heart can beat along to.

“You’ve got to use your Lion Heart, let it roar like a river inside.”

This track is just one of many on her new album, “Tiny Beautiful Things,” that will pull at your heartstrings. Named after the book by Cheryl Strayed, which contains a selection of intimate letters between total strangers, the album is a collection of songs focused on the power of connection and the emotional exchanges surrounding love.

Although Strayed and Erlewine use different mediums to voice these exchanges, they both hold one common truth: when we share our lives with others, they become richer, stronger, and more full of purpose. This feels especially valuable given the album was made during one of the most isolating and disconnecting times for many—a global pandemic.

In Erlewine’s own words, “This album is an invitation to connect with the many ways love appears in our lives. If we look around us, it's always there. I feel thankful to get to share these love stories through music and I hope they find a useful place in your heart."

Co-produced with Joe Hettinga, these songs feature incredible musical talent including a strong presence from Theo Katzman (vulfpeck) on background vocals and electric guitar, mixed by Caleb Parker (Scary Pockets), and mastered by Devin Kerr (Goodhertz).

Bookmark the date, April 15, and listen as May Erlewine not only wears her heart on her sleeve but roars loud enough for us all to hear.

“I want to be big enough to leave a whole lot of love behind.”

Lion Heart - May Erlewine

Available to all listening hearts on March 18, May Erlewine releases the emotionally charged single, “Easy,” with heart wrenching lyrics we’ve all come to expect from this beloved Michigan songwriter.

The track, featuring stunning vocals and lead guitar from Theo Katzman (vulfpeck), is a pop sensible production which speaks of accountability and the triumph of facing hard truths. It’s a moving testament to the struggles that many have been facing.

“It won’t be easy to take the fall,” lilts Erlewine, as if she’s confessing to a dear friend.

The single is an enticing prelude to Erlewine’s newest album, “Tiny Beautiful Things.” Named after the book by Cheryl Strayed, which contains a selection of intimate letters between total strangers, the album is a collection of songs focused on the power of connection and the emotional exchanges surrounding love.

The production serves each song with a tenderness you can both hear and feel deeply. To the intent listener, it sounds like an honest, loving conversation with one common truth: when we share our lives with others, they become richer, stronger, and more full of purpose. This feels especially valuable given the album was made during one of the most isolating and disconnecting times for many—a global pandemic.

As Erlewine’s writing continues to grow and evolve, the “Easy” thing to do is to listen and enjoy. The hard thing? Letting life’s emotions in — both the joy and the tears that come with facing hard truths.

Easy - May Erlewine

I got this @taylorswift song stuck in my head
or maybe it was stuck in my heart
something about it just stuck to some part of me
for months
so i recorded a cover of it
and I kept wondering, why this song?
sure, it's a cathartic heartbreak song
and my big heart has been hurt
but something else was tugging at me
it became clear
disappointment
OH, right.
the dreams that we had
the ones that didn't happen
the lives that were lost
the great divide between our hearts
the intolerance and acts of hate
the natural disasters
the careers put on hold
the bank accounts drained
the pressure put on our relationships
the babies we haven't gotten to hold
hugging our parents, grandparents, siblings, family, friends
dancing together
singing together
cooking together
laughing together
the graduations, the first day of school, the gatherings
all of these moments we share in life
the moments that remind us why we're here

I want to say that I feel this
this disappointment

AND

I think in order to make room for the new dreams ahead
I need to grieve the dreams that didn't happen

It would've been sweet

@dollyparton says, "if you want the rainbow, you gotta put up with the rain."

In this moment I want to let the rain wash over me
so that I can really feel it
because it was serious
because it flooded the world
because it took things that we'll never get back
I want to feel that
so that when I open myself up to the brilliant colors ahead,
I can see them with clear eyes
and I can feel flooded with the light
and full of gratitude

Here's to brighter days, dear ones
They are coming

thanks for being such a BA @taylorswift

Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.
The key to achieving your fitness and health goals is consistency and healthy lifestyle changes, without restriction. I don’t believe in crazy fad diets. Simply eat nutritious food, move your body, smile and enjoy the journey! Love Lilly
