In 2022 we hauled industry-standard buzz management ideas to the scrap heap while revealing counterintuitive practices that drove organizational performance in the back half of the 21st century—and like any good manager: we under-promised and over-delivered.

BACON 22: How’s it Going? was the lively, provocative, must see, performance of that particular moment. This year we closed the Barn Stage LATE on FRIDAY and it was spectacular.

The PowerPoint was in full motion, we attempted jokes and made several, important moments—all while the Go Rounds were on full display as the greatest insurance policyof all time.
